About: General Manager at Ankleshwar Industrial Development Society and an alumnus of AISW, He brings with him a fusion of 22 years of field experience and academia. He has offered his consultancy services to GACL, GSFC, Magotteaux, Citi Foundation, Janvikas, Raman Development Consultants Pvt. Ltd., UNICEF, Navjeevan, NACO, SETCO, GSACS and other prominent organizations and industries. He is also an ILO recognized Master Trainer on Elimination of Child Labour. He has presented 41 papers at National & International Seminars, published 34 articles, 6 books and 23 projects to his credit. Holding a couple of credits from MEC of USA, he has a hand over psychiatric social work, human resource management and human rights issues also. He is also closely associated with social work programmes of IGNOU, BAOU, BSSS Bhopal, TMV Pune and other universities across the country. He is also a recognized Ph.D. guide in Social Work at Sardar Patel University, a Ph.D. referee and external examiner in several universities
