Charles Lwanga
About: I am a Kenyan. I have been in the research realm for close to 20 years and my research experience has been at the level of community mobilization, consenting / enrolment of eligible participants and follow up / retention of study participants. I have done a lot of drug and vaccine trials in the capacity mentioned above HOWEVER, what I used to do was so routine that I wasn't getting the challenge / stimulating environment in my work. Yes, I was in charge of a team of community mobilizers / interviewers but I didn't understand much beyond making contact with the community and enrolment and follow up. It was until recently, that I got engaged with a consultancy organization, that I began experiencing research on another level. Now, I got to understand the qualitative and quantitative data collection, data management and analysis using various softwares, report writing / result discussion and even conclusion / recommendation in research. I am doing some contract with an organization, in which am the Study Coordinator, but I know I still have a long way to go. So, here I am. I need help. Greetings
