About: I am Programme Manager for the Global Diet and Activity Research (GDAR) Network. I manage a portfolio of Global Health Research awards, with a focus on diet and physical activity for the prevention of non-communicable diseases. I am based at the MRC Epidemiology Unit, University of Cambridge UK. I trained as a Biomedical Scientist, with more than 15 years experience working as a research scientist. In addition, I have 9 years experience as a Laboratory Operations Manager.
